How I handle your details

What I collect

If you join the mailing list, I collect the email address you enter. If you send a project inquiry through the contact form, I collect what you enter there: your name, your email address and the details of your project. If you write to me by email, I receive whatever you choose to send.

Why

To send you occasional news about events, retreats, music and chart mixes, and to reply to your messages. Nothing else.

Where it is kept

Sign-ups and contact form messages are stored by Netlify, the company that hosts this site. Mailing list sign-ups may be moved to an email service so I can send the newsletter. I do not sell or trade your details. The only others who handle them are the services that store them and send the emails.

Your choices

Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link. To see, correct or delete what I hold about you, write to hi@daniela.love and I will do it.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. To see which pages people visit, it uses GoatCounter, a privacy-friendly visitor counter that sets no cookies and does not identify you or follow you to other sites. It records the page, the site that sent you here, and your general browser, screen size and country. The fonts are served from this site, not from a third party. If you use the pause button for animations, your browser remembers that choice on your own device. Links to YouTube and Instagram open on those services, which have their own privacy policies. The Listen player on the home page loads from SoundCloud only when you press play, and SoundCloud has its own privacy policy too.
